Mom: Emily, I love you so much.
Emily: I love you two minutes.
Mom: (laughing) How much do you love me?
Emily: Two minutes.
I love that she came up with her own measurement of love. Even though it isn't the traditional measurement most of us use to show how much we love one another, it is somehow perfect coming from my little Emily.
Update: Someone taught her that five is more than two. So now when you ask her how much she loves you, she'll answer, "Five minutes."

I'm pushing for ten minutes and not one minute less! Ok five is ok....or two in fine I guess! Any minute with Emily is worth it!!
I love her a fortnight. In fact... I'm going to teach her this.
