Appropriate Shopping Attire

Someone might have put this outfit together all by themselves.  Someone might have even worn it throughout their Mom's shopping trip at the craft store.  Someone might have wondered why people kept saying cute comments to a little boy wearing a helmet through aisles of paper and embellishments.  I really love that certain someone.
