We are leaving Kirkland today and heading south to the Bay Area for Damien's birthday and the much dreaded return to school. We had such a great time on this visit. It wasn't the longest visit- but it was an awesome one!
We loved playing with our cousins, sleeping in, having Nonna prepare us poached eggies and cafe lattes. We loved seeing Nana and Grandma. We loved feeling the love and being showered with thoughtful gifts from our family. Dance parties, an early birthday celebration for Damien, seeing my Dad's cousins and extended family, helping Nonna cook gourmet dinners, sledding, hot cocoa, eating Nonna's Christmas cookies, and puzzle mania (my Mom got me another dreadful puzzle for Christmas).
We are blessed beyond measure and thankful to the highest capacity that we have such an amazing family who loves and values us. Merry Christmas to all and to us- a safe flight!
